We are a wholesaler so we enjoy wholesale rates at our preferred hotels and with our other vendors. This is the majority of our compensation. For this reason, we need to handle all aspects of the trip including hotels and touring, but not including your long haul flights. We have a successful and ever growing business because we are excellent value for money, and our pricing is at competitive market rates for our high-end service. Indeed, our clients come back to us over and over and refer their friends and family to us because of our results.

While we appreciate your interest, our trips are quoted as comprehensive packages, and providing a detailed breakdown isn’t our standard practice. As a wholesale tour operator, our confidential hotel contracts are intricately woven into exclusive packages with other services, aligning with industry norms. Behind the scenes, creating the perfect holiday involves intricate costs like exchange rates, taxes, and fees. While we aim for transparency, the dynamic nature of pricing, influenced by daily demand and factors like exchange rates, makes detailed breakdowns complex. Farbound Travels ensures competitive market rates, offering fair and reasonable pricing for exceptional overall value. Our commitment to simplicity and clarity ensures a seamless and luxurious experience for our clients.
Our minimum trip is 5 nights in most cases depending on the region, number of travelers, complexity and total price of the trip. If special services such as helicopters, yachts or jets are required, we can sometimes make exceptions and shorten the minimum length, or if a larger group of people are travelling and more hotel rooms are required.
It is standard practice in the travel business to charge change fees if a client makes major changes to a trip, such as altering dates or locations or other aspects of the trip that require significant additional work. The amount varies on a case by case basis, as in other industries like architecture, design and construction where change fees are commonplace.
We need to know exactly what you want and make the planning process as efficient as possible. The more we know about your needs including your desired investment in the trip, the smoother the process.

Prices are per person based on double occupancy and include hotels/taxes, daily breakfast, airport transfers, touring with a private car/driver and guide, as well as activities and entrance fees. Additional costs may include lunch, dinner, flights, and extra special experiences such as helicopters and yachts. It’s worth noting that if more than two people are traveling, the price per person typically decreases, especially in small group tours, as you’ll be sharing vehicles and guides, enhancing both the experience and affordability of your journey.
Rest assured, we meticulously monitor every step of your journey, overseeing each flight and reconfirming every service. While we strive to ensure seamless travel, unforeseen circumstances like bad weather can lead to challenges such as canceled flights or missed connections. In such instances, our dedicated Tour Manager, assigned exclusively to your tour, will take immediate action to find a swift resolution. Our commitment to your experience goes beyond just addressing issues. We maintain constant communication with you through phone, text, or email until the matter is fully resolved. Your peace of mind is our priority, and our hands-on approach ensures that any hiccup in your travel plans is swiftly and effectively managed, leaving you to focus on enjoying you
If canceled 3 months or more before departure, your trip is 85% refundable.
If canceled 1-3 months before departure, your trip is 50% refundable.
No refund on cancellations less than 30 days before departure.
Note that this may be further subject to the refund policies of each hotel, airline, operator and other vendor. Changes made to the itinerary after departure must be paid to Farbound Travels and are non-refundable.
Please note that some vendors have onerous cancellation policies with substantial penalties for changes where funds paid are non-refundable. Farbound Travels requires comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and lost belongings. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign a form stating that you have voluntarily done so and are fully aware of the implications and of Farbound Travels’ cancellation policy.
Any payment to Farbound Travels constitutes your acceptance of the Farbound Travels Client Agreement. Any adjustment to government-imposed taxes will be borne by the client. Currency exchange is calculated on the original invoice date and will not be adjusted due to any fluctuation.
For your own protection, Farbound Travels requires comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical, evacuation, and lost belongings. We are happy to assist you with a quote through our preffered provider. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign a form stating that you have voluntarily done so and are fully aware of the implications, and are also fully aware of Farbound Travels’ cancellation policy.
